CF2U Paediatric CF UHL

This is a self-management app specifically designed for children with Cystic Fibrosis(CF) and their families. The app was first developed by Cystic Fibrosis Ireland and Children’s Health Ireland, Crumlin. Cystic Fibrosis Unit Paediatrics, UHL have rebranded this original design for use with our patients.

The app is used as a personal healthcare record which contains information about their CF. Any questions and information to and from members of the CF multidisciplinary team can be recorded on the app.
