La app Cetelem ofrece una experiencia de banca móvil para gestionar préstamos, tarjetas y ahorros con un diseño renovado y mayor seguridad. Accede al Cetelem Client Space desde tu móvil y realiza consultas y operaciones en cualquier momento, con inicio de sesión por huella digital cuando esté disponible y PIN único enviado por SMS.

Entre sus funciones destacan: cambiar el modo de pago (pago a final de mes y viceversa), fraccionar y aplazar pagos, pausar la tarjeta temporalmente y reactivarla, o cancelarla si se pierde. También puedes simular préstamos, modificar datos personales y efectuar pagos de deuda. Además, regístrate en un minuto, consulta la disponibilidad de tu tarjeta/línea, realiza transferencias, muestra el PIN de tus tarjetas, consulta movimientos y extractos mensuales, y elegir tu canal de contacto preferido (chat, teléfono, correo, Twitter o SMS). Recibirás notificaciones cuando tu ID caduca y tendrás un canal cómodo para comunicarte con soporte.
