TPCODL Mitra

TPCODL Mitra is a comprehensive mobile app designed for electricity consumers in Odisha served by TPCODL (formerly CESU). It allows users to instantly pay electricity bills, check power outages, and register complaints such as meter issues or power cuts. Consumers can also report power theft, view billing and payment history for six months, manage multiple accounts, and report electrical safety hazards.

The app further enhances user convenience with features like verifying TPCODL employees to prevent fraud, applying for new connections, accessing tariff and scheme documents, viewing TPCODL offices, and self meter reading through OCR by scanning the electric meter. This all-in-one app ensures seamless electricity service management for Odisha's 27 lakh consumers across 30,000 sq km.
