RowKings is a rowing companion app built for clubs and individual athletes who want to train smarter, race better, and strengthen their community. It combines real-time activity tracking, structured training plans, race management, and club-wide features in one simple, mobile-first tool.
Training, your way. Design sessions that fit your goals — interval trainings by time or by distance, custom interval-based plans with warm-ups, cool-downs, target cadence and split pace. A guided configuration screen helps you build a session step by step, then launch it directly on the water. During the activity, the app tracks distance, speed, cadence and duration in real time, announces each interval's instructions by voice (or gives periodic progress updates, as you prefer), and displays the current interval number so you always know where you are in the plan.
Races, from start to finish. Create races, build your own circuits with custom checkpoints, launch a race from the waiting screen, and let GPS track the whole event. The app even supports circuit-based-on-training creation to prepare your next competition in record time.
History and insights. Every session is saved in a complete trainings history, with tags for your longest and fastest efforts, race sessions, and processing status — so you always know if a session was recorded correctly. Filter by date or by club to see how your teammates are doing.
Built for the club. Solo and club modes let you train alone or together, add participants to a session, and share results through a club feed. A training season schedule keeps the whole group aligned on the season's plan, while boats location helps coaches track the fleet on the water.
