EVIDE

EVIDE is an external evidentiary deposit platform for digital content, decisions and records that must remain verifiable, attributable and reconstructable over time.

It is not a storage space. Every intake creates an independently verifiable cryptographic reference linked to a verified identity and a precise point in time, preserving the evidentiary state recorded by the platform so that it can remain independently examined and reconstructed in the future.

EVIDE Mobile is the official Android client of the EVIDE platform.

It is not a separate or reduced mobile archive. The app connects to the same EVIDE platform used on the web: records created, searched or consulted through EVIDE Mobile are the same records managed by the central platform, not synchronized copies or a parallel dataset.

The mobile client is designed to make EVIDE immediately available wherever evidentiary activity takes place. Once authenticated, your session can remain available on the device, reducing repeated login steps and allowing you to access your evidentiary workspace more quickly.

With EVIDE Mobile you can:

- Create Evidence Intakes - deposit files, text, web content or structured declarations, including references to external artifacts such as documents, minutes or reports that remain under your control and are not uploaded to EVIDE.

- Review Previous Intakes - access deposits already created and inspect their current evidentiary and certification status.

- Search Intakes - quickly retrieve records by case reference or organization directly from your phone.

- Navigate cases and linked certifications - use Case Navigator to follow relationships between connected intakes and view the recorded certification chain node by node.

- Access Certified Files - quickly locate intakes that have completed forensic certification.

- Browse the Public Registry - consult certifications made publicly available through the EVIDE platform.

- Calculate and verify SHA-256 hashes locally - calculate the SHA-256 hash of a file or compare it with an expected hash directly on your device. The selected file is not uploaded to EVIDE for this operation.

Built for work away from the desk

EVIDE Mobile adds a practical mobile layer to the full platform. Instead of returning to the web interface whenever a record needs to be checked, you can search and inspect your intakes directly from your phone, find evidence associated with the same case or organization, follow linked certifications through Case Navigator, and perform local SHA-256 checks when needed.

This makes the app particularly useful when evidence, decisions or records need to be checked during meetings, inspections, client activities, investigations or other work performed outside the office, while continuing to operate on the same EVIDE records used through the web platform.

Every intake automatically generates a certified summary of its evidentiary state at the moment of registration. When broader forensic certification is required, it can be requested separately; once processed by the platform, the resulting certification is made available as a standalone document.

Identity is part of the evidentiary model. Access to EVIDE requires a verified identity, and every intake is attributable to an identifiable subject rather than being created anonymously.
