PowerChart Touch

PowerChart Touch is a comprehensive mobile Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution designed for healthcare providers to efficiently manage both ambulatory and inpatient workflows. It offers features such as schedule and patient list review, patient chart access, and the Physician Handoff tool for standardized care transfers.

Providers can easily review patient demographics, clinical results, radiology and pathology reports, and manage problem lists. The extension supports creating and signing notes, placing and reviewing orders including medications, and safely prescribing with built-in clinical checks and formulary support. Enhanced functionalities include taking patient photos, dictating notes with Nuance voice recognition, and conducting video visits with scheduled patients. Importantly, PowerChart Touch provides secure access to the EHR beyond facility walls, requiring a valid organizational license and release 2015.01 or higher.
