I think the bank forgot that this app exists. I opened the bank account using the same app in 2017. It was a premium feature back then, but the app has not improved a bit since then. The only function this app provides is to check balance and last few transactions .

Worst app,Worst Bank.In the digital era this bank is a joke. They seems to be stuck in 2013 and hasn't updated to 2024 .I have provided my phone number and email address in hand to authorities multiple times.But when I tried to use the app by filling account no and phone number they send the OTP yet I didn't received it either in mail or in phone.You don't deserve 1 star but there are no other options.
