User Reviews

Reviews generally praise CepVakit as a simple, lightweight, functional prayer-times app, with especially useful widgets. Recurring concerns involve widget updating and sizing, confusing or unreliable location handling, and limited coverage of cities outside Turkey. A few users also report crashes or data-update problems. Some reviewers request interface improvements and additional features, but those requests are less consistently mentioned.

Pros

Simple, functional, and useful for checking prayer times; several reviewers describe it as a dependable everyday app.
Lightweight and fast, with a straightforward design that avoids unnecessary permissions, according to some users.
Widgets and the remaining-time indicator are praised for making prayer times easy to check at a glance.

Cons

Widgets can be unreliable or awkward: some users report them freezing or failing to update, while another says they take up more space than expected.
Location handling is a recurring frustration: users report difficulty finding city settings, having the selected location forgotten, or being repeatedly prompted for location permissions. Several also ask for more international city support.
Some users report stability or update problems, including crashes after updates or on Samsung devices and prayer-calendar data not updating.
