Recent reviews

The last time I called to get a PCP I was given a name and number of a doctor and the the number didn't go to that doctor. I haven't been able to log into ambetter for months and when they send me a password reset it doesn't work. I have never had a successful phone call in the 3 years I've been with ambetter. Not one successful phone call. I guess you don't have to worry about paying bills if somebody can't get seen by a doctor.

I can't even log in via the app. The whole reason I downloaded the app was bc the website wouldn't show the authorizations but to my disappointment the app doesn't work at all.
