Mini Todo is a fast, nested todo list with one unusual feature: your tasks are none of our business. No account. No subscription. No analytics. Everything you write is stored in a single file in YOUR own Google Drive — in a private app folder only this app can touch. There is no Mini Todo cloud. There is no Mini Todo server. We couldn't read your tasks if you asked us nicely.

THE FULL GUILT PACKAGE

- Nested everything — lists inside lists, subtasks inside subtasks, as deep as your denial goes. Drag to reorder, indent and outdent anything.
- Reminders that actually fire — exact alarms, on the minute you picked. Tap the notification and the app lands you right on the task.
- Deadlines with teeth — incomplete tasks announce themselves the moment their deadline arrives.
- Search that finds things — names, descriptions, comments, all highlighted. Your 2 AM ideas are no longer lost to history.
- Comments on tasks — leave notes, links, updates. A paper trail for your procrastination.

Phone and browser read the same file in your Drive. Edit anywhere, it shows up everywhere. The web app lives at celest-watches.com/mini-todo and needs no installation.

LIVES ON YOUR HOME SCREEN

Drop the widget on your home screen and your list is just there. Tick tasks off without opening the app. Tap one to jump straight into it. Hit refresh to pull the latest. Choose which list it shows, and it follows your theme like everything else. It reads the same private file in your Drive — so it shows your tasks and tells no one.

WHAT IT PROUDLY DOESN'T DO

- No subscription. Most todo apps now charge yearly rent to store your shopping list. You pay for this app once. Owning software: a retro concept we're bringing back.
- No app account. You sign in with Google so the app can reach YOUR Google Drive. That's authorization, not registration. We don't have a user database to put you in.
- No analytics. Mini Todo ships zero third-party analytics SDKs. Not "anonymized." Zero.
- No AI assistant. You write a task. You do the task. Revolutionary workflow, we know.
- No social features. Nobody can like your grocery list. Your streak is not shared with your team. There is no team. There is no streak either.
- No artificial limits. Unlimited lists, unlimited nesting, unlimited tasks. It's one file in your Drive — why would we ration it?

HOW THE PRIVACY ACTUALLY WORKS

This isn't a privacy "feature" — it's the architecture. The app talks directly to Google Drive and stores everything in a hidden app folder on your account. Delete the app's access in your Google settings and we're gone. There is nothing to delete on our end, because nothing ever reached us.

HONEST LIMITATIONS

It needs a Google account (the Drive is the whole point). There's no team collaboration — it's a todo list, not a workspace, and it intends to stay one. Web notifications fire while the page is open; your phone covers the rest.

WHO MADE THIS

A solo developer who needed a todo list and found only bloated ecosystems and subscriptions with databases attached. A few evenings later, here we are.
