2026-04-10	Ja*****	Too many clicks/taps to get the gate open to my townhome community. I have to unlock my phone, tap the app icon, unlock/biometric verify within the app, tap the gate button, then click open gate. Wish they had a widget I could have on my home screen to open the gate with one tap after unlocking my phone, the option to pair/program with a garage door opener similar to MyQ or integration with Android Auto. So many ways to improve this and it's sad to see such a clunky execution.

2026-03-03	Kn*****	On my Android phone, Pixel 10 XL PRO, the app does not stay running in background. After manually opening the App in the morning, I will check during the day to see if it is still in the notification area, but eventually it disappears. I have set the necessary permissions and battery and background settings but have been unable to keep it running. Otherwise the App does it's primarily functions of opening gate/doors, receiving calls and allowing visitors in.
