2026-08-07	Ed*****	This service sucks. The app demands access to so many things that I don't believe it needs access to. My password was changed without input from me, and after changing it again, I could log in on my phone but not in the website using my PC. Even if I can log into the app, I seemingly don't have access to the door I need to open, it simply says "standing by for visitors."

2026-07-07	Mi*****	They locked it down so it doesn't work on some phones anymore which means you cannot open the gate remotely. The app uses SIP for calls to the app but it's so unreliable when it tries calling the app that it doesn't work most of the time. The company should try hiring domestic software engineers to start from scratch because this is laughably bad to the point where one guy with Claude Code could make a better app in a weekend.
