Presencia IGP

On May 12, 2019, the entry and exit of all workers has entered into force. But how can workers who do not work in an office sign? From CEESA, S.A. We have created this presence control app to answer this question.
 
With the IGP Presence app, workers will be able to sign without being in the office, and their signings will be imputed in the system with all the guarantees and obligations set forth, in the modification of the Workers' Statute.
 
• Geolocation - The signings record geolocation data. In this way, we can show that we are in our job.
• Data consultation - Users will be able to access their records, an obligation included in the Workers' Statute. They can also know their work schedules (shifts, vacations, etc.).
• Incidents - Users can include incidents in their signings.
• Internal messaging - The IGP Presence app can be used as an intranet, between user and company. In this way, you can send and receive messages.
• Requests - Another intranet function that users can make is vacation requests, for confirmation from Human Resources.
