The organizer of the voting session has an administrative panel accessible via the web that allows you to:
- record the attendance of those entitled to vote
- create a voting session

- configure and activate the voting session
- collect and share the results of the vote with the participants
- automatically generate reports with results.

Counselors can:
- declare one's presence
- request the floor
- express the manifestation of vote
- view the results.

D4DBulè is accessible via computer, tablet, smartphone.

MGBulè is secure, transparent, traceable and guarantees the uniqueness of the vote thanks to the two-factor authentication process.

MGBulè also provides access in the following ways:
- Participant: has the right to speak, but not to vote
- Visitor: attends the voting session, displays the results but does not have the right to vote or speak.
