PCRS (Pothole Complaint Redressal System) is a user-friendly Chrome extension designed to empower citizens to report pothole issues directly to the Public Works Department, Government of Maharashtra. Leveraging GPS technology, users can effortlessly register complaints with accurate location details, ensuring effective and timely maintenance of roads, bridges, and government buildings.

Once a complaint is registered, it is forwarded to the responsible officials, and users receive a complaint number and status updates via SMS. The extension promotes transparency and enhances citizen engagement in improving public infrastructure by allowing real-time tracking of pothole repair progress. PCRS strengthens the communication channel between the public and government, contributing to safer and well-maintained road networks.
