HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System) is the official mobile application developed for the employees of the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Meghalaya. This application offers a seamless and secure digital platform for managing various HR-related tasks and services, enabling employees to access important features anytime, from anywhere.

The app is specifically designed to enhance productivity, transparency, and ease of operations for employees and officers working across the department. From GPS-based attendance tracking to leave management and salary slip access, HRMIS is a comprehensive tool that brings key HR services directly to your fingertips.

🔐 Secure Login with Device ID
To ensure data protection and security, HRMIS allows login only through the registered device. This helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures employee privacy.

👤 Profile Management
Employees can view their complete profile including:

Basic Info: Editable fields (except for dropdown selections)
Office Info: View-only access
Experience Details: Past and current employment records
Bank Details: Official bank account information linked to the department
📍 GPS-based Attendance
Mark your daily attendance using GPS location verification. This feature promotes transparency and simplifies location-based workforce tracking. Ideal for field workers and remote locations, this system eliminates manual registers and improves real-time attendance reporting.

📄 Salary Slip Access
Employees can securely view and download their monthly salary slips through the app. No more waiting for printed documents or visiting the HR department. Access your salary details anytime, directly from your mobile device.

🚶 Outdoor Duty Management
This module enables employees to apply for official outdoor duties and track their status. It also provides a structured approval workflow:

Employees can apply and view status
SPM, DPM, BPM, Reporting Officers, or Medical Officers (MO) can approve or reject applications directly from the app
📆 Leave Management System
A well-structured leave system allows employees to:

Apply for different types of leaves
View the status of their applications
Monitor their leave balance via an interactive dashboard
Special Roles:
Forward Leave List: Available only to SPM (nhm0002830) to forward leave requests to higher authorities
Approve Leave List: Exclusive access for Nodal HR (nhm0008161) to approve forwarded leave applications
