2024-02-26	Ch*****	App is useless. Every time you scan the QR code on a charger it says you need to add a payment method. There is already a payment method attached to my account. I tried deleting and re-adding multiple bank cards. They save in the "account" tab no problem but still ask you to add a new payment method every time you scan a QR to charge or select "just charge" in the menu. When you add the payment details following the prompt after scanning it says there is no Internet connection. Fix this!!!!

2023-11-27	sa*****	These are the only chargers we have at work. Spent 2 hours trying to set the app up. Kept telling me no Internet connection I just couldn't use it! The screen is too big for Samsung s23 ultra and you can't adjust it to fit it so you loose the bottom bar. Installed it successfully on my ipad but set up took about 30 mins. Totally unreliable app, over expensive chargers.

Can't save payment method (wants Internet connection, even though I'm connected), search by map gives zero information as to which charger is which, but doesn't work anyway because I tried them all, scanning barcode fails - says "vehicle isn't connected" even though I'm actually successfully charging already under the free trial. Login expires and you keep having to log in & there is no provision for biometric login. Navigating the app is painful.

Payment request redirected to Mastercard for ex, then nothing happens; app is completely stuck and no option whatsoever to go back to the menu itself. App issues are pushed on the customer (clear cache, delete app, call bank to authorise app) despite being a clear app issue. This is a recent development, and not a client friendly one at all. My last charge was 4th August and it worked.

Tried with Visa / Mastercard, deleted cache and app data, deleted and reinstalled app, tried on different phone without success. Support gives the usual useless advice...

2022-05-22	Pa*****	Same problem as other reviewers. Would not save payment card. Went back to house to try on wifi. No difference. Without means of payment you can't use the chargers. So completely useless.
