★★ Frequently asked questions ★★

★ Why does CCSWE App Manager (Device Owner) require device owner privileges?

Unfortunately the Android security model does not make it possible for one application to enable/disable another application. This makes sense for standard applications because you wouldn't want a competing application to be able to disable yours. That is why CCSWE App Manager requires device owner privileges in order to achieve this.

The app was updated by Google play and now it continuously spin on "checking license". Is there any way to fix this? I'm on 6.6.1 version (the latest). I guess the same problem with the knox license as before.. sigh.

The ugly side effect of "This device belongs to your organisation" appearing on the lockscreen can't be resolved by making CCSWE non-admin in the phone's security settings. Is there a way to get rid of that text, replace it with a custom one or with spaces? Are there any Windows programs with a nice GUI that delete unwanted bloat-/control-/spyware via a USB cable and ADB commands in a user-friendly manner, so that it is no longer necessary to install apps that take over control of one's device?
