CCN CRM is the official internal sales and lead management application for Connecting Cyber Networks. This application is restricted to authorized employees, sales counsellors, and administrators within the organization.

If you are not an authorized employee of Connecting Cyber Networks, you will not be able to access the features of this application.

CCN CRM provides our internal teams with the necessary tools to manage the student enrollment pipeline efficiently. Authorized users can utilize this app to handle leads, schedule demonstrations, and track conversion metrics on the go.

Key Modules for Authorized Personnel:
Dashboard & Analytics
Monitor personal and team monthly revenue targets.
Track the total pipeline including leads, demos, and conversion ratios.
Lead Management
Access and filter assigned leads based on status (New, Connected, Demo Scheduled, etc.).
View comprehensive lead profiles including source data (e.g., Google Ads), contact information, and course interests.
Add internal notes to maintain accurate records of client communications.

Communication Tools
Initiate calls or WhatsApp messages directly through the application interface to streamline follow-ups.
Share standard brochures and course details with prospective clients.

Demo Scheduling
Organize and view upcoming course demonstrations (e.g., Cyber Security).
Assign internal trainers and track student registration numbers for each session.

Conversion Tracking
Process lead conversions by recording agreed course fees, onboarding amounts, and payment methods (including EMI options).
Set joining dates and finalize enrolment records.

Note: Access requires corporate credentials provided by the Connecting Cyber Networks IT or administrative department.
