2025-01-10	J *****	This app and product is complete garbage!!! I am constantly having problems with my lights saying they are offline. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled countless times and every other troubleshooting method. Avoid this product at all cost!

2024-09-30	Ag*****	The widget had been working fine until the last month or so. Turning the lights on or off via the widget doesn't register until opening the app which is very annoying.

2024-09-22	DJ*****	Horrible app! Does not retain any info you put in and the next days the lights all start blinking and changing different colors constantly. App needs to be simplified you have to hunt in too many places to set things up. It should not be this complicated. Ready to pull these lights out and get something much more reliable at this point and the app has a lot to do with it. As of Sep 22nd still issues with app telling me I'm not connected to WiFi when I am I can't update firmware for app. Garbage
Horrible app! Does not retain any info you put in and the next days the lights all start blinking and changing different colors constantly. App needs to be simplified you have to hunt in too many places to set things up. It should not be this complicated. Ready to pull these lights out and get something much more reliable at this point and the app has a lot to do with it. 2024-09-10	Rh*****	UPDATE: Installed last 2 updates...still doesn't work right. Tells me not connected to wifi. Keeps losing connection. Have to turn light switch off, wait a minute, flip switch back on and then works for a couple times. Then it starts all over again. Kind of defeats purpose. ORIGINAL POST: Worked great for close to 2 years then upgraded the app last week and nothing but headaches. Doesn't work 80% of the time now. Fix the app please.

2024-07-26	Va*****	I like the lights but the app is horrible. I figure out how to group but occasionally 1 or 2 lights don't respond in the group. The app sometimes stops showing options for changing the lights or is simply unresponsive. So much potential for the lights but such a waste of time with a glitchy app. Unreliable. Plenty of better options out there.
