HOW LEARNING WORKS
LMS follows a sequential learning model. Learners progress level by level, in the order defined by your organization.
• Complete Level 1 modules, then attempt the Level 1 assessment
• Achieve the configured pass mark to be promoted to the next level of approval
• If pass criteria is not met, the attempt is marked as failed
• Continue through each level until full certification is achieved
This ensures every manager builds the right skills in the right order before moving forward.
ASSESSMENTS AND AUTOMATIC PROGRESSION
Each level includes a dedicated assessment to validate understanding and readiness.
• Pass mark can be configured per level
• Learners who meet the pass criteria are automatically promoted to the next approval level
• Learners who do not meet the pass criteria are marked as failed
• Advancement rules are applied consistently based on admin configuration
