REVENUE FROM YOUR POS
• Today so far, compared with a usual same weekday, with receipts, average receipt, cash and cards
• Voids and discounts for today and the last 7 days
• The month so far, a projection for the month and a comparison with last month
• Revenue by day and by hour, best sellers, sales by staff member, tips and payment methods
• Charts for 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, a year or all time

SHIFT SCHEDULE
• Weekly shifts for every location
• Owners and managers add shifts from templates, copy last week and publish the schedule
• Warnings for working time rules for minors and pregnant employees, and for a schedule published less than 7 days ahead
• Staff see their own shifts as soon as the schedule is published

HACCP AND CHECKLISTS
• Opening, closing and HACCP checklists for the kitchen, floor and bar
• Temperature items take a measured value for the chosen fridge or freezer and check it against the allowed range
• A reading out of range carries the corrective action with it
• HACCP records for fridge, freezer and food temperatures, cleaning and goods receiving by supplier
• Owners and managers edit templates, change their order and export them to CSV

INVOICES AND SUPPLIERS
• Supplier invoices with amount, due date and status
• Filter paid and unpaid, search by number or supplier, add an invoice and mark it paid
• Suppliers with payment terms and delivery days

TEAM
• A directory of everyone at the venue
• Invite a new person by email. They set their own password and sign in here.
• Contract type, work permit, medical exam and HACCP training kept with each person

DISH COSTS AND MENU
• Recipes with ingredients, the cost of each dish, its food cost share and a suggested price
• Allergens for each dish
• Show or hide dishes on the menu

NOTIFICATIONS
• Invoices coming due or overdue, uncovered shifts, HACCP readings out of range and documents about to expire
• A morning digest and a weekly report
