Good app to navigate, and i am actully losing fat all over, I was not a beliver in the beginning, i stuck to it and losing and fitting gears i couldnt be4 !!! Do try give it a month atleast to see results, rome wasnt built in a day!!😀😀

Truly Awesome!!! Never seen anything like it! Meals + fitness + weight/ measurement logs + soo much more! Has everything you need, all in one! So easy to use, meals come with shopping list feature and workouts have links to tutorials! It's so simple and has everything you need all there! The images and wording easy to follow this app is awesome! Just like the programme!
