2024-08-26	Wi*****	No problems, just don't use most of the features. All I wanted was accurate time and this does the job. I miss the older radio controlled/solar casios like the 2608, 2038 or the 3258. Those were good watches but then the market got greedy like with so many other things. So sad.....

2023-02-28	Be*****	Easy to use. Makes configuration of the watch so much easier, not that it is complex on the watch. I would love to see a feature added which would allow you to set a location point as a destination using the app. I could then use that point as a way point to hike towards.

2023-01-24	Ch*****	I'm very happy with the companion app that pairs with the watch. I had a WearOS watch for a few years and was skeptical at first. However Casio has always been a leader in functionality. All these features inside a watch that runs for two years on a button battery. Impressive to say the least. My WearOS watch would die in a matter of hours. I rate 4 stars because it would be really nice if the step counter synced with a third party service like MyFitnessPal. Other than that, it's rock solid.

2022-12-28	J *****	Works great but got a new phone. Now I'm having issues. Casio Tech Support is almost impossible to get help. And little information on the Pro Trek app it's self. But I still love my watch and features.

2022-11-14	Th*****	The app works ok with an Android 12 device. You need a device with good gps capabilities because the watch gets the GPS coordinates from the phone. When you start a log you can record a waypoint keeping the lower right button pressed for 2 sec. BUT when NOT recording a LOG you can still record points but they cannot be seen on a map like the log route. The app just makes a list with the points which you can't export neither do anything else with it.

2022-07-19	Ed*****	This app is stupid and has no purpose. THE APP should push information and settings to the watch, not the other way! (when syncing from the watch) The gps tracking feature has no rivalry with other apps with the same function. And finally, you have to open the app first to use some watch functions, that's almost like you need three hands for that. Stay with simple watches I'd say.

2022-07-17	Be*****	The app does what it needs to do, with no frills. But your only going to use its interface rarely so it really does not matter. There is one thing not working however. Due many features to with the 100% the app needs location premisson all the time and it's not possible. When will this be fixed. It's because of changed in Android 10, we're on 11 now, it's simple to fix we should have seen it in the last year+. I love my watch and have never seen its full potential. Edit. 2022-04-14	Je*****	The is an inexcusably poorly designed app. There isn't even any way to exit the app without entering "settings" and forcing it to stop. Both the app and the documentation are nearly useless garbage. Shame on you, Casio!

2022-04-07	Bu*****	Not sure if it's the watch, the app or both but my PRT B50 just keeps randomly resetting itself to Thu 1st 1st. There is no pattern to this and isnt a particular thing that triggers it and sometimes it goes for over a week with no problems and other times it can happen several times a day. I have called the Casio support line and was told that "this can happen occasionally and you just need to reset it" but surely it shows theres is an issue. I wouldn't recommend the watch or the app to anyone ☹

2022-03-27	El*****	Good app, except for the location access needed for the app functions to work. Especially the Location Indicator Function, it only works around 30%of the time due to the location problems. Please fix it. I love my watch! Not so much the app.
