Car Wash Spotter is a convenient mobile app designed to bring professional car cleaning and detailing services directly to your doorstep. Whether you’re at home, the office, or anywhere else, you can easily find nearby service providers and book a car wash with just a few taps.

The app supports two user types—Customers and Service Providers—within a single platform.

Customer Features

Customers can explore nearby providers, view details, and book a car wash service by making an advance payment. Once the provider accepts the request, they arrive at the selected location, start the service, and complete the car wash. Providers upload before and after photos for transparency and customer verification. After reviewing the completed service, customers submit ratings or feedback.

Customers can also:
- Track service status (Pending, Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed, Cancelled)
- Mark providers as Favorite or Unfavorite
- Report a provider if needed
- Chat with the provider during an active booking

Provider Features

Service providers set the availability, receive booking requests as per the availability, review details, and accept jobs based on availability. They follow the service steps, upload photos, and complete the job as per customer requirements.

Providers can also:
- Track service status (Pending, Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed, Cancelled)
- Track their total earnings
- Manage service requests efficiently
- Chat with the provider during an active booking
