2026-06-17	Br*****	This is by far the worst online shopping app I have ever used. I placed an order on 20th May and spent weeks following up through updates and multiple phone calls. Instead of resolving the issue, the company cancelled my order on 4th June without my consent. To make matters worse, I still have not received my refund. The customer service is extremely disappointing. There is no proper communication, no accountability, and no genuine effort to help customers. Every follow-up feels like a wastage

It is veey good condition mobile phone but everything was changed like UW camera was not funshonal and back and side was tottaly changed That time I tried many times to connect them for return but they were rude and say It's not possible. The are looting money and giving worst services in the Middle east.This is my concern pepole lost there money buy mobile to them. Don't buy to him 😭😭😭
