The VidaPlus Card is the official app for members of the outpatient health plan with 24-hour telemedicine, accredited network, and digital benefits card.

With your active subscription, you can access everything in one place — directly on your cell phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Start 24-hour telemedicine — general and pediatric clinical medical care at any time
• Present your digital benefits card at accredited clinics
• Consult the accredited network and schedule appointments and exams
• Manage dependents on your family plan
• Access the PET portal for registration and assistance for your pet
• Track and pay your subscription (registration, monthly fee, and renewal)
• Update your profile data and access password

WHO IT'S FOR

The app is intended for VidaPlus Card holders who are already registered on the platform. After logging in, the panel displays your subscription status, available benefits, and service channels.

TELEMEDICINE

When your subscription is active, you can start a telemedicine consultation directly through the app. The service is provided in partnership with Nipomed, with quick and secure access through the integrated browser.

ACCREDITED NETWORK

Use your membership number to search for clinics, in-person consultations, and exams with special conditions.

DIGITAL CARD

Present your digital card along with a photo ID at accredited units to obtain plan discounts. Inform the attendant that you are a Cartão Vida Plus customer.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

On Android, subscription registration and renewal are done through the app, with secure payment via PIX, card, or bank slip. Keep your subscription up-to-date to continue using telemedicine and other benefits.
