ITS CHEAP, AND AFFORDABLE, AND IVE OWNED OVER 30+ CARS IN MY 42 YEARS, AND CARSHIELD WILL BE WITH EVERY NEW ONE I END UP GETTING IN FUTURE!!

2026-07-23	Ka*****	I wanted to provide some feedback on the mobile app. I recently had a payment failure because the credit card on file had been replaced after fraud. The voicemail and text message didn't indicate that the problem was with the payment method, so I wasn't sure whether there was actually an issue with my account. It also took me quite a while to find the payment information in the app. I first looked under Profile, where I expected to find billing information, but it only contains login settings.

2026-07-23	Ms*****	The only Re: you're getting 3 stars is my prev Murano's repairs were paid. This last one was awful. Took my car in for a diagnostic test; afterwards I found out Car Shield wasn't going to pay. I was heartbroken hearing it would be $8K out of pkt. NO! I called the credit union applied for another car loan, approved & now in a new Murano. You must be in Car Shields Pyramid. They don't tell you that when you sign up, Gold wasn't enough 4 my car BYE! I cancelled Them!!
