I have been a very loyal customer for several years now was vey suprised when I ordered an ac compressor, when it arrived it was an empty box,saturated with oil and ripped apart. but they can't replace because I didn't pay for shipping protection, that shouldn't be my responsibility to get it to me it should be theirs
