CarJot: Gas & Car Maintenance

CarJot is a gas log and car maintenance tracker in one. Log a fill-up in seconds, see your real MPG, keep every service in one place, and get a reminder before the next oil change, registration renewal or state inspection.

WHY DRIVERS SWITCH TO CARJOT
• Unlimited cars, free. No hidden two-car limit.
• Works offline. No account, no sign-up; your data stays on your phone.
• No subscription. Everything important is free; Pro is a single one-time purchase.
• Ads stay out of your way: a small banner, never a pop-up when you open the app.
• Your data is never locked in: export everything to CSV for Excel or Google Sheets, free.
• Automatic Android backup, plus a backup file you can export any time.

GAS LOG & MPG TRACKER
• Log the odometer, gallons or litres and what you paid; the price per gallon works itself out.
• CarJot suggests the odometer reading from how far you usually drive between fill-ups.
• Real gas mileage with the full-tank method: US mpg, UK mpg or L/100 km.
• Partial fills and missed fill-ups handled correctly.
• Cost per mile, monthly spending and MPG charts.
• Long-press the app icon for "Add fill-up" or "Add expense".

CAR MAINTENANCE LOG & EXPENSES
• Service, oil, tires, brakes, repairs, insurance, registration, parking, tolls and more.
• Logging an oil change resets your oil change reminder automatically.
• Swipe an entry away and undo it if you slip; long-press to duplicate a repeat cost.
• Your car expense log is grouped by month, with what each month cost and how far you drove.

MAINTENANCE REMINDERS
• Oil change, service, registration renewal, state inspection and insurance.
• By date, by mileage, or whichever comes first, with a notification before it's due.
• Mileage reminders estimate the due date from how much you drive.
• Mark a job done or snooze it for a week straight from the notification.
• Home-screen widget showing what's due next, with a one-tap "Add fill-up" button.
• Also built in for the UK and Germany: MOT, road tax, TÜV/HU and tire-change reminders.

CARJOT PRO (one-time purchase)
• No ads
• Receipt photos on every entry, and CarJot reads the gallons or litres, total, date and station for you (on your phone, nothing uploaded)
• Service history PDF, ideal when selling your car
