Kanopi Homecare Ops is a mobile application specifically for Kanopi's caregiver partners. It's designed to record every care activity quickly, accurately, and well-documented—so that clients' families stay informed and Kanopi's standards of care are maintained.

STRUCTURED DAILY ROUTINE
View and manage your daily to-do list by time block (morning, afternoon, evening, night). Each routine is complete with activity type, time, and notes—ensuring no care is missed in a day.

RECORD VITAL SIGNS
Record your senior's vital signs directly from the app: blood pressure, temperature, pulse, SpO2, respiratory rate, and blood sugar (random, fasting, 2 hours after eating). Measurement history is automatically saved and can be filtered by month.

MEDICATION RECORDING
Monitor and record daily medication administration according to the prescribed schedule. Mark the administration status—given, skipped, or pending—and note the reason for any missed doses.

FOOD & FLUID INTAKE
Record the type of food, portion consumed, and total fluid consumed by seniors each day. A daily fluid intake progress bar is available to ensure hydration targets are met.

MOOD & MOOD
Regularly record seniors' emotional states and moods. This data helps the team and family understand their psychological well-being from day to day.

INCIDENT REPORT
Record events or incidents that occur during your shift—complete with category, severity, description, and photos if necessary. Incidents are well-documented for follow-up purposes.

STOCK MANAGEMENT
Monitor the availability of daily care supplies (such as diapers, gloves, etc.) and record each use. The system will automatically alert you when stocks are running low.

DOCUMENTS & PHOTOS
Upload photos of seniors' activities and medical documents directly from the app. An AI summary feature is available for uploaded documents, as well as comparison of lab results between periods.
