It’s our resilience that enables us to deal with challenges that may arise in all aspects of our lives. Resilience is not a trait that people either do or don’t have… it involves behaviours, thoughts and actions… and the good news is that these can be learned and developed in anyone. Rezl uses mindfulness to build resilience in a lasting sort of way. It’s as if there is “tank of resilience” inside each of us - and as we encounter challenges this resilience is used up. So it makes sense to take care of our resilience… and to build it up.

Is this functional? I couldn't get past the log in screen and it gave me an 'x' without any words at all. Weird

Miles better than the current leading mind app. I found it got straight into helpful tips to manage my anxiety and also things to think about to improve my way of thinking. You wont regret downloading Rezl.
