You cannot count on this service. I have missed too many appointments thanks to malfunction. Costumer service is awful. I've been charged many times for a bike that did not connect to app, how come? I've grown tired of calling to be asking for my €2, €3, €1 back. Utterly frustrating.

Okay, so, the bikes themselves are great – but man I wish I'd read the ‘tease and seize’ a little more closely. You have to return the bike to the location you collected it from, which is a dedicated 'station' in their system. They do it to ensure an even distribution, but it also means every trip is at least double the cost it would otherwise be – plus your cost to get home again, if you're distant from the nearest station. (As I am.) You’d quickly be better off just buying your own cargo bike.
