Carevive PROmpt®

Carevive PROmpt® is an oncology patient-provider engagement tool which offers personalized symptom monitoring between visits. PROmpt uses clinical data and electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePROs) to create care plans and deliver symptom self-management information for patients. At the same time PROmpt sends that same information to providers so that they stay connected and informed, even in between visits. Carevive PROmpt®, is used in routine clinical practice, designed to meet the needs of both providers and patients by allowing cancer patients to report their symptoms from any mobile device.
