CAREpitome Practice

CAREpitome Practice is the mobile practice provider portal for care teams. Staff can manage their day from one app: view and create appointments, access patient information, capture voice recordings linked to patients or appointments, and work with AI-generated note history and transcription—all designed for secure, efficient practice workflows.

You can view upcoming appointments, see details, and create new appointments. You can search and browse patients and add new patients when needed. With voice recording (Scribe), you record audio tied to a patient or appointment for documentation. Note history and transcription let you browse and search your note history and use AI-powered transcription to support documentation. In-app conversations keep you connected, and profile and settings let you manage your account, practice selection, and preferences. Templates are available to support consistent note-taking.

The app supports multiple practices: sign in, choose your practice, and switch when needed. Quick actions from the home screen and one-tap access to voice recording help you document care without leaving the flow of your work.
CAREpitome Practice is built with healthcare workflows and data protection in mind. Access is for authorised practice staff only through secure sign-in.
