CAREID DPP Lite

DPP-Lite is the shop-floor companion to a garment factory's production system. Supervisors plan the work, operators record what they actually did, and quality staff log what came back — all from a phone, standing at the line.
This is a workplace tool, not a consumer app. You need an account issued by your factory and the address of your factory's server to sign in. Without both, there is nothing to see.
PLAN AND TRACK PRODUCTION
• Break a work order into cutting layers; each layer becomes a bundle with its own QR label, issued automatically when you save.
• Assign steps to operators, or let them pick up and finish their own.
• Scan a bundle's QR to act on it — no typing codes.
• Dedicated screens for specialised steps such as bartack, buttonhole and ironing.
QUALITY AND REWORK
• Record a QC failure piece by piece, with the reason in the inspector's own words.
• Every operator gets a Rework list of the pieces failed against them, and ticks each one off once it has been seen to.
• Put pieces back onto a bundle when they are ready to rejoin the run.
MATERIALS AND STOCK
• Registers for textiles, components, bands and fabric, sewing threads and equipment.
• Record stock arriving, with a history behind every movement, and correct a balance by hand after a stocktake.
• Request materials from the store and track the request through to delivery, with a note for whoever handles it.
PEOPLE, TIME AND PAY
• Clock in and out, review your own attendance, and request a correction when something is wrong — with an approval step behind it.
• Write up extra work as a coupon, set the rate for each line within the limit the task allows, and send it for approval.
• See your own work history and what it adds up to.
SET UP ONCE, REUSE
• Task templates with the accounts expected to run each step.
• A garment library, shipping destinations and factory settings.
• Per-account permissions decide which buttons each person sees, so an operator's home screen stays as short as their job.

WHAT IT NEEDS
• An account from your factory, and your factory server's address.
• Camera access, used only to scan QR codes and to attach photos you choose. Nothing is captured in the background.
• A network connection to your factory server. The app does not store work data for later upload, so it needs the server reachable while you use it.
PRIVACY
No advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Your data goes to your factory's own server and nowhere else. Signing out clears your details from the phone.
