2024-12-06	P *****	Non existent customer service. I signed up for a $249/yr credit card because of the promised benefits. After 1 month they froze my account for an "investigation". Its been frozen for over a month and customer service can't answer why its frozen or how much longer it will take. No way to escalate. In the meantime I can't get the benefits which I paid $249 for.
