This app was fine and easy to access via fingerprint. Now you took that away...have to enter password each time or have to save to passwords on phone. Which is less secure.

Leaving Cardpointe/ CardConnect because of the random huge extra fees we see taken here and there, with no warning. Can't get a persom on the phone without playing several rounds of Menu Choice Hell and then they 1) aren't English speaking and 2) can't give you an explanation of why they tapped your bank account with 30% MORE than expected, 3) we get *disconnected when I demand an explanation! Plus, forced new fees for *security packs* we can't opt out of? After years of this, we're out.
