2024-11-14	ha*****	Wanted to pay at a hotel with 2 factor authentication, suddenly a popup occurred requesting to update now the personal data, and not able to get out of that request -> did now update because of the request BUT at the end it always responded with: "An error occurred, please try again" not saying what kind of error ! tried multiple times no chance to get out of this ! not able to pay at that moment ! This app is a disaster !!! got stuck in that deadlock, how come could that happen ??

2024-06-09	Ma*****	I hate this app so much. It forgets me and my phone on every other update and then requires an insane amount of time and effort to log back in. Scanning of my passport was such a bad user experience that it made me wanna cancel my card and throw my phone out of the window. What were you thinking?

2024-01-19	Ma*****	Using my card only every few months. Half of the time payment fails. Today app didn't start, had to reinstall. Now my password wasn't accepted, as most of the time (a problem I only have with card complete.. mysterious), and again my account is locked. I know why I pay everything with my Mastercard (0 fails in a year, using it daily). Update: Wanted to end my VISA subscription when a letter told me that because of not providing tons of personal data card complete ended already it. Thanks 😄

2023-12-07	Ju*****	Supplying & submitting personal data does still not work, after having waited over a month to try again: Data input is lost if you do not input everything in one go, and once I did that, I got a persistent error (tried multiple times for several minutes) saying "An error occurred, please try again". After switching away and back to the app, my personal data has just been wiped (again). As an IT professional: This app is a disgrace for such a large company!

2023-01-30	Sa*****	I am trying to close my account for more than a month but still no progress. I have sent multiple follow ups and fulfilled all the requirements. Beware it can be very painful to cancel the membership once you have it. I can't recommend this company anymore.

2022-09-26	Sa*****	Terrible, won't even let me complete identification because of an error that happened while scanning my passport. After 40 wasted minutes I give up. I think it's time to switch cards if this is the app I have to deal with for anything regarding my current card.
