This app is DANGEROUS. The app is listed as free but the main content is locked behind a paywall. There is little you can do for free other than read their fear-mongering articles. Predatory marketing is nothing new for an app, but a mental health one? I had to make my own account, the app wouldnt connect to my Google. The kicker was the profile setup gender identity options being "male, female, other". You can't tell me they consulted a single genZ here. Don't waste your self care energy.
