If you have a Swiss Chalet coupon, be sure to apply it before you order the food, or you'll be going around in circles. It's a weird hitch they don't warn you about. And another problem it took me some experimentation to get around: it can be hard to get to the ordering menu. It kept sending me to edit whether i wanted pick up or delivery, a dead end. So you keep getting sent back to the initial page. Try ordering something you don't want to get to the menu and then delete it later. Poor app.

Was quicker than calling in to order and shows all the menu options. Much easier than asking lots of questions on the phone. Update: We've used this app many times and always great service. Even if mix-ups happen, they are always quick to correct. Foods always great. Also get 10% discount for having CAA membership. Update: So much for CAA discount, now it's tied to only over $50 purchase. No longer a great deal. Also mistakes on every order in the last year. Disappointing, dropped from 5 to 3.
