explain to me when I go to use my app today while shopping it froze on me and I've closed it and restarted my phone .... it's still frozen! seriously? why all the glitches all the time! I've dealt with it randomly removing items off my list so I now out of habit screenshot the list to now it's froze! I'm beginning to not like this app and I'm about to go back to pen and paper! at least nothing deletes at random or it freezes when used!

I've been using this app for many years and it's still great! Helps me stay organized. The grocery stores I go to are a good half hour from my home, and with this app I don't forget anything that we need.
