In the past week, I purchased my first 2 Canyon bikes. Both had key problems that prevent them from being ridden. The new Pathlite:On SUV arrived with damaged wires along the enitre battery housing. I wasted time assembling, disassembling, and reboxing it. The outlet Strive:On CFR was missing a bolt to install the dropper post switch. Both of these issues are easily knowable and catchable by a basic quality control process that Canyon should deploy. Buyers beware and plan to be disappointed.
