User Reviews

a Deception! I keep texting them to give me a refund because they closed their site 3 months after they asked me to pay the annual fee! Since the end of March until now they don't want to help. There is a pattern where their veterinarian asks you to do another and another test that you pay outside the annual fee. Then, now I asked them to refund my annual fee, but they ignored me. i went to have a vaccine for my pet, until 3 months no vaccine, kept asking another and another test.
