When they are items placed into the bag, once you proceed to the payment, the items suddenly dissappear with the message "sorry it didn't work". Waste of time trying to buy anything online in this shop.

2025-01-25	Ka*****	I've been trying to buy like 1000 times between yesterday and today and as soon as I want to pay it says "def Warenkorb ist leer" and then my entire selection is gone. So annoying!!

2025-01-24	Ab*****	Ridiculous app, nothing works. No item gets added to cart, and they keep sending promos to buy stuff. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times already. On my wife's phone, items get added to cart but as soon as you login, everything is gone. I don't think have seen an app worst than this.

2025-01-19	Sn*****	The worst shopping app ever! In the middle of your "shopping" it asks you to sign in, eventhough you are signed in. Can't save any item... And when you want to sign in it says the page doesn't exist. In 10 min, I had to do it like 3 times. So...I just leave it and go shop to another store

2025-01-18	Fr*****	the app is very slow and I'm not certain everything I had in my basket was purchased. Everytime I was back into the basket it had a different price with different items so I just accepted and moved along. if C&A wants to sell online they really need to improve the user experience

2025-01-17	Kr*****	After payment is done the page is still loading, tried 5 times, no use. Its not working. Also when it says for one size that is 'Almost sold out' but you can still put it in the bag, on checkout it removes and says that the max quantity is reached..
