Camp Medical Services (CMS) is a private, invite-only communication platform for camp healthcare professionals. It connects on-site camp nurses with remote physicians and specialists to coordinate care, document encounters, and communicate securely.

Access is by invitation only. Your organization's administrator must create and approve your account before you can log in.


What the app does:
CMS gives camp healthcare teams a shared workspace to manage medical encounters and communicate about patient care. On-site camp nurses (Camp Providers) can open an encounter when a camper needs evaluation, then message or consult with a remote physician or specialist (CMS Provider) directly within that encounter thread.

Encounter Management
- Create medical encounters and document visits in the app
- Each encounter has a unique ID for recordkeeping
- Encounters are organized by camp for easy navigation
- Providers can initiate encounters for phone consultations and follow-ups

Multi-Camp Support
- Providers can be assigned to and switch between multiple camps
- Role-based access. You see only the camps and encounters relevant to your role

Security & Compliance
- HIPAA-compliant infrastructure hosted on AWS
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) required on all accounts
- Audit logging for all activity
- Accounts require administrator approval before access is granted
