2026-06-10	Ja*****	One star is too generous. Prices listed on the app and online are different. If you want to book two or more days in a row, you need to make a new reservation each per day which causes you to pay more money than you would otherwise. It's also just annoying and unusable in general.

2026-03-30	Ma*****	Doesn't allow acceptance of Terms & Conditions. I downloaded the app, attempted to sign up, I read the Terms & Conditions, but nothing happens after accepting it. It just shows the ball bouncing. This is not good for new customers, that are trying to register! The website tells you to download the app, then this happens.

2026-03-21	St*****	Since the app doesn't work, giving it one star is generous. It used to work but stopped over the last couple of months. My husband has the same issue. I can't get to a login screen. It says there are no camp bow wow locations near me, which is not true. The franchise says it's a corporate issue and corporate doesn't seem to care to resolve it. The website is also not working so I'm assuming that's a corporate issue too.
