campy has a problem, and its the aggressive person they have monitoring feedback. they don't understand that customers want something different than they are offering, and this is key, customers perceive the 2 apps are not fit for purpose and that is their reality and no matter how much condescending replies you post it doesn't help campy move tech forward. (I'm a 27yr user, still with 10, 11, 12 and 13 speed bikes)

Since July 16th, 2023 the My Sessions portion no longer displays the unlinked sessions from Garmin Edge. Are you still supporting EPS or just the new wireless?

*UPDATE* Heres how you reset using a magnetic band! Place the included magnetic band (it looks like a rubber wristband) where your battery is, then to correctly detect if it is 'resetting', actuate the shifters while doing so. If the derailleurs keep shifting, its not in good placement, continue till the shifting action 'dies'. Once it dies, the magnetic band is correctly placed! *KEEP MAGNETIC BAND IN EXACT PLACE FOR A COUPLE MINUTES* Once you pull off the magnetic band, it should restart!
