Calmflect is an app for busy days: three intentions in the morning, one question during the day, and one good moment at night. A minute each, no blank page.

Most journaling apps ask you to write up the day after it has gone. Calmflect gives you something to carry through the day while it is still happening — so the day itself goes a little differently.

Morning intentions (1 minute)

While you brush your teeth, think about what you would like from the day: for your mind, your body, and your heart. A few words, not a plan. You write them into the app, and they stay with you all day.

A question during the day

While you wait in a queue or for the coffee, answer one question. No blank page — the question is already there.

In the evening: one good moment

Because you know you will be asked, you spend the day half-looking for one good moment. And you find it — otherwise it would have slipped past. In the evening, write it down in one line and add a photo if you like.
