Calm Exit: Checklist Reminders

Calm Exit helps you remember the small but important things you want to check before leaving home. Create a personal checklist, complete each item at your own pace, and keep a clear record of what has already been checked.

Use Calm Exit for everyday routines such as checking doors, windows, lights, appliances, documents, keys, bags, pet supplies, or any other tasks that matter to you.

What you can do

• Create a new check from a ready-made list
• Select only the items you need
• Add your own custom checklist items
• Mark tasks as completed one by one
• Add a photo confirmation to selected items
• Save the date and time directly on confirmation photos
• Pause an unfinished check and continue it later
• Review completed and unfinished checks in history
• Share a completed-check summary
• Share an individual confirmation photo when needed

Flexible reminders

Create more than one reminder and adjust each reminder separately.

For every reminder, you can choose:

• The time
• The days of the week
• The checklist items included in that reminder

This makes it possible to create different routines for mornings, evenings, workdays, weekends, trips, or other situations.

Photo confirmations

A photo can be attached to a checklist item when you want an additional visual record. The app can place a localized date and time on the image, helping you identify when the photo was taken for that check.

Taking photos is optional. Calm Exit can be used as a regular checklist without camera access.

Check history

Completed checks are saved in the history with their date and time. Unfinished checks remain available so you can return and continue instead of starting again.

Home screen widget

The Android home screen widget displays the status and time of the latest completed check. Open the app from the widget to review your check history.

Local storage and privacy

Calm Exit is an organizational checklist and reminder assistant. It is not a medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, safety-monitoring, or emergency service. The app does not guarantee that every item has been completed correctly. Always use your own judgment when checking your home, belongings, and surroundings.
