If it's not one thing, it is another with this app. I'm seriously considering leaving and paying my therapist directly. First, it was that there was a huge lag when typing messages. Now, it takes forever for the "chat" window to load in the first place, and when it finally does, it takes even more time for messages to load. On top of the constant crashing. It is a shame that being a "mental health" app, you're causing your users so much stress and frustration. Fix it.

The therapist is great. Both the app and the site are incredibly buggy. I have half hour in video therapy and 12 hours with "julia" customer support. The humans on that are going to need therapy if tech piece does not get fixed. And yes, all my other apps and portals and online work function just fine. They have offered compensation, which is welcome, but just make it work. Or offer scream therapy.
